Location: Bayonne, New Jersey
This unit is located in a two-family house with modest shingle sidings built in 1930s.
The main beam in the basement which is holding the whole structure of this house was damaged so we had to reinforce the main beam before we gutted it out completely.
Since the parents are residing with the daughter’s family, it was important to have both intimacies as well as privacy. And tried to give them a different style without losing integrity.
